Ground Lamb/Goat $18/lb (1-2lb pack)

Neck Roasts $10/lb (2.5-3lb pack)

Shoulder Roasts $16/lb (3-5lb packages)

Shank Roasts $16/lb (1-2lb pack)

Liver $12/lb (about 1 lb each)

Heart $12/lb (about 0.5 lb each)

Kidney $6/lb (0.2-0.3 lb each)

Fries $6/lb

Soup Bones $6/lb (1-5 lb pack)

$50/trip to take to Bluebonnet, pricing to other processors may vary based on distance.

Buyer is responsible for processing fees and will provide the processor with cut sheets indicating how they want their animal processed.
