We purchased Tiger Lilly’s dam specifically to do the breeding that resulted in Tiger Lilly and circumstances beyond our control prevented us from carrying it out. It was a blessing that she was offered to us by a dear friend unexpectedly. Tiger Lilly found her place here by popular demand of the younger generation even before a certain little one fell in love with her and claimed her for their own.

She’s been willing to let the then 2 year old child who still adores her lead her anywhere, despite far outweighing the child at the time. She’s been milked primarily by that youngster even as a first freshener, so it’s pretty safe to say she’s easy going and easy to milk. Many a time she’s been spotted in a pen or pasture with that child’s arms around her neck or nestled up against her sides when she’s chilling and chewing her cud.
